5. 熬制肉汤的核心技术(十余种香料秘制)。
6. 拉面配料加工和肉料准备。
7. 溜条→出条→下面→煮面→下料→调味→出成品。

2. Kneading techniques, resting time requirements, and dough condition assessment.
3. Stretching techniques, developing gluten and elasticity.
4. Pulling techniques: wide, narrow, thick, thin, and hair-thin noodles.
5. Core techniques for simmering meat broth (secret blend of over ten spices).
6. Preparation of noodle toppings and meat ingredients.
