Program Introduction】
Xianghe Meat Pie is a famous snack originating from Xianghe County, Hebei Province. Located east of Beijing, it is also known as "Jingdong (Eastern Beijing) Meat Pie." With its golden color, crispy exterior, tender interior, rich flavor without being greasy, and delightful taste, it is renowned for its thin crust and soft filling. Operating a meat pie business requires very little space, making it especially suitable for window-store operations.

1、如何选择面粉,面粉的保存要求
2、饼面的水、面配比和面团的制作技术
3、饼面的醒发时间和状态的把握
4、包制肉馅的手法练习(反复至熟练)
5、肉饼馅料的核心制作技术(标准克重配方)
6、香河肉饼的实战烙制技术

Course Content】

1. How to choose flour and flour storage requirements

2. Water-to-flour ratio for the dough and dough-making techniques

3. Mastering dough resting time and condition

4. Meat filling wrapping techniques (practice until proficient)

5. Core meat pie filling techniques (standard gram-weight recipes)

6. Hands-on griddling techniques for Xianghe Meat Pie

 



【学期和学习方式】
学期约3-5天(根据学习进度和掌握程度)一对一授课,学会为止。

Duration & Learning Method】
Approximately 3-5 days (depending on learning progress and mastery). One-on-one instruction until proficiency is achieved.

 



【培训流程】
1、学员跟着师傅一步一步的操作,师傅会发现和纠正实际操作中的问题。
2、每一环节的问题不解决,师傅就不进行下一步的教学,保证学员不带着问题学习。
3、学员对师傅的每一操作环节都要认可和签字确认,确保技术环节不缩水。
4、学业完成后学员还要对师傅的教学予以最后质量评价,保证学员学习的权益不受侵害。

 

Training Process】

1. Students follow the instructor step by step; the instructor identifies and corrects issues during hands-on practice.

2. The instructor does not proceed to the next step until problems in the current step are resolved, ensuring students never advance with unresolved questions.

3. Students must approve and sign off on each step of the instructor's demonstration, ensuring no technical details are overlooked.

4. Upon completion, students provide a final quality evaluation of the instructor's teaching, safeguarding their learning rights.
